SP Contracting, LLC was founded in 2001 by Sam Pschesang, whose credentials include a BS Degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and 10 years experience in the Deep Foundation and Earth Retention industry.
In the early years our focus was on structural and foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete work and general carpentry.
During the Housing and Subdivision Boom we used our background in cranes and rigging to create a niche market in the construction of pedestrian bridges.
After 7 years of hard work, determination and a little luck we purchased a Watson 1100 Drill Rig and got back into the Deep Foundation and Earth Retention Industry.
